Redesign hiring Office Manager

Office Manager at Redesign, a neighborhood-based real estate development nonprofit in south Minneapolis, supporting the Executive Director in managing administrative tasks and systems. Principal duties include coordination of office operations, board of director and committee meetings, event planning, website maintenance and accounts payable. Potential for communications, grant-writing, graphic design and other special projects depending on your interests and skillset.Position requires at least 2-3 years’ experience working in an office environment; strong organizational, written, computer and social skills; and experience working in a diverse urban setting. Full or part-time position with benefits. A good candidate will enjoy our fast paced, open office environment while being able to remain focused on detail oriented tasks. Cultural competency a major plus. Familiarity with Seward and Longfellow neighborhoods also a plus.
