Events

LBA events bring our business owners, neighbors, and partners together to connect, collaborate, and celebrate all that makes Longfellow thrive. From casual meetups and hands-on workshops to seasonal festivals and community forums, there’s always something happening.

Whether you're here to learn, network, or just have fun, we’d love to see you at our next event.

This month’s happy hour is for a casual, community-focused happy hour with a twist.

This month, we’re hosting a Swag Swap. A chance for local business owners, staff, and neighbors to bring their extra branded items and trade with one another. Think t-shirts, hats, tote bags, stickers, postcards, and anything else that represents your business.

It’s a simple idea, but a fun way to share what you’ve created, discover other local brands, and spark new connections in the neighborhood.

There’s no formal structure. Just bring what you have, set it out, and see what catches your eye. You might leave with a new favorite tee, a stack of stickers, or a connection you didn’t expect.

As always, all are welcome. Whether you bring items to swap or just come to connect, we’d love to see you there.

Date: Tuesday, 3/31

LBA Annual Meeting

May 6th | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Location: The Hook and Ladder Theater

You’re invited to the Longfellow Business Association’s Annual Meeting, a chance to connect with fellow business owners, reflect on the past year, and look ahead to what’s next for our neighborhood business community. This year especially, community matters. Come reconnect, strengthen relationships, and help shape the future of Longfellow’s business district as we continue supporting each other through recovery.

This year’s gathering will include lunch from Sonora Grill and a special live performance from Tapestry Folkdance Center.

During the meeting we will: • Meet fellow Longfellow business owners • Share LBA membership benefits and opportunities • Hold board member voting • Recap the past year and preview what’s ahead

Whether you’ve been involved with LBA for years or are just getting to know the organization, the Annual Meeting is a great way to stay connected and engaged with the Longfellow business community.

Tickets: $30 (includes lunch)
